Hello, it's me again, I've tried again TWLoader with the lastest version of Luma3DS on the CIA version and still "an error has occured". Tried with Wario Ware and The World ends with you and still nothing...

Try installing the TWLNAND side to SysNAND.

If you're using a flashcard, it isn't a bootstrap problem.

Hold L while Luma starts, to boot into SysNAND.
If you don't have FBI injected to SysNAND's H&S:

Download "fbi-2.4.2-injectable.zip" below "What you need", and Copy the contents of fbi-2.4.2-injectable.zip to the /files9/ folder on your SD card. (create the folder if it doesn't exist.)
Then follow "Section V - Injecting FBI".

You can only use the GUI in the 3DSX demo version. It can't run any games.

I compared the original PNG image to the JPG image you uploaded.
Your JPG is 76,6 kB (78.491 bytes)
The JPG is 0.45% different compared to the PNG. (see the pink dots)

I repeated the same test with the JPG image created by Pingo.
Pingo's JPG is 16,6 kB (17.075 bytes)
The JPG is 0.37% different compared to the PNG. (see the pink dots)

Conclusion: The pingo JPG loses less detail and is 60kb smaller (~75% smaller)

I suggest you take all the PNG images and use Pingo on them without any commands
Pingo.exe image.png

Then after do Pingo.exe -s4 on the remaining png images to maximize the compression

Alternatively to creating .jpg files you can apply the jpg compression on the png, the result is roughly 40kb in size.

Thanks that was that but now my 3DS say I have not installed a9lh which is not, try to reinstall it but doesn't work great

Edit : Now when I launch Luma3DS I have the SafeA9LHInstaler instead and can't install it because I have no otp.bin

Yeah, that's kind of what I thought. Was hoping someone here would have one maybe and knew if there was a fix.

It's super old though. I think my grandpaw used to use it for his DS when he was little.

Turning off my wifi and TWLoader boots up everytime, seems it freezes on me every time it checks for updates in app, either on boot, or through the options menu!
