Hello guys. Been trying to install this throught the whole day just to play 60 fps neo-geo on my RXTools o3ds. After several hours I managed to install the TW Loader (to emunand) and the other app.cia (to sysnand). The problem is whenever I launch a neods.nds (or any other nds) i got an error that something went wrong and I need to restart my system and see the operation's manual. Could you please advice? I'm out of ideas.

You need to install the "TWLNAND side.cia" to both SysNAND and EmuNAND and the "TWLoader.cia" to just EmuNAND. Then you should be good to go.

Edit: Ah, I see you're using RxTools and not Luma3DS. Won't work unless you're on the latest Luma3DS.

I did but the guy above's saying that it won't run using Rx Tools. I wonder if it's worth it to install Luma then. Guess I'll lose everything stored to sd up to this moment.

You won't. You can still use EmuNAND with Luma.

Well the guy above is the dev behind this loader so he would know. Lol. But it's definitely worth it to update to Luma3DS, it's the best cfw out for the 3DS, new and old.

Are you using HBL or MenuHax to run RxTools?

The RX tools is starting automaticly when the SD is inserted.

In the Luma3DS .7z file, extract "arm9loaderhax.bin" to the SD root, and replace boot.3dsx in the SD root with the one from the menuhax folder.

Are you still getting the error screen after launching a .nds file? If not, you're good to go!

Not when using the TW loader but the purple flashy screen occurs whenever I boot the console.
