Hacking DIOS MIOS: What's the point?

I really don't see the point of this.

I modified a config file in Pikmin 2 to have Battle Field start with three spicy and bitter sprays, yet when I run the game through WiiFlow, it loads the disc and not the modified ISO which does run the modifications on Dolphin.

How can I get WiiFlow to actually load the ISO and not the disc so I can play my hacked Pikmin 2 GC on an actual Wii?
