Depends which loader you are using, and which version of the loader.

If you start disc 2 and start a new game (or load a save from disc1), it will auto-swap!
It's normal that it works without asking you to swap.

im using wiiflow 4.1 and dios mios 2.10.....

ok this could explain something if it autoswaps after loading....
