I can tell you how to rename the game's filename, and which version of DIOS MIOS you need to use, but you'll probably have better support using the loader if you ask in the loader's official thread.
Maybe you don't have the latest release of CFG loader?

Anyway, if you want to do it manually (in case your version of CFG loader doesn't support multi-disc installation):

Install Disc2 first, it will create the iso file.
put your device on computer and rename the filename to disc2.iso
put back on Wii, and install Disc1 now. It will create the iso file too.
in case the game folders are not using the same name, put back on PC, move the disc2.iso file in the disc1 folder.

Disc1 must be named game.iso
Disc2 must be named disc2.iso and placed in the same folder than game.iso
If you have DIOS MIOS (Lite) 2.6, it will auto-detect the disc swapping screen and will load the correct iso file automatically.

Cyan,
Thank you again for all of your help! I currently have:
CFG USB Loader Mod v70r51
DIOS MIOS v2.6

I guess this version does not support multi-disk games, but I'll give your method a try and post my progress!

Thank you again!

Cyan,
Thanks again for the insight, but that method did not work. I used DM Toolbox and CLean rip to install the disc2.ISO in the game folder, in theory, should that method work?

Engbert, what exactly doesn't work for you? Installing the disc from your loader or using the clean rip method?

Here's what i tried.

1. I have burned both RE4 discs.
2. I tried renaming the folders with a number 2 after. Didn't work.
3. I copied disc2, in the same folder where disc 1 was burned and i renamed it to disc2.iso. It doesn't show up in the USB loader. Only one disc shows up in my list of games.

There are two folders in my external drive:

1. resident evil 4 disc1 [G4BE08]
2. resident evil 4 disc2 [G4BE08]

In folder 1, called resident evil 4 disc1 [G4BE08], i have two .isos. One is called game.iso and the other is called disc2.iso.

This doesn't work.

I have no experience USB Loader GX, but if I Understood Cyan correctly, disc should be loaded properly by DM when it detects that it is needed.

OK, I can confirm that using the method Cyan described work on a test game I tried. I backed up Tales of SYmphonia as described above. I used an old save I had right before the final boss in disc 2. At the title screen, the Wii stated "DISC ONE" however, when I prompted the save, the system asked me to open the lid and insert DISC TWO. After about 2 seconds it loaded the save, thus I can conclude that DM read the ISO in the game folder. Success!

Thanks again Cyan! Engert, I hope this method works for you, maybe try downloading a save for a game to test it on for piece of mind!

It's normal that USBLoaderGX only display one game, it prevent displaying duplicates.
If you use an old version of the loader, it will load the first disc and DM will switch to disc2 automatically when required.
If you use a recent version of the loader, it will ask you which disc you want to start, and DM will swap the discs if required too.
The prompt to load disc2 is useful if you are not using DM2.6 (old version doesn't have auto-swap features, so loading disc2 manually is required for few games)

Please Help. I've tried to run this like you said but when the disc change comes up it shows an error: An error has occured Turn the power... I have the latest Dios Mios and cfg loader. Hope u guys can help me

What about the sys folder do I need to put the one for disc 2 or do I just ignore it and put disc2.ios in the same folder as game.iso?Playing Tales of Symphonie for the first time and don't want to run into a problem of not being able to switch discs.

the /sys/ folder is not needed if you play from ISO file.

I think it's needed only if you play from Sneek, or in extracted file format (but extracted file format is not compatible with disc swapping)
just put and rename both ISO in the same folder.
