Hacking Differnce between NDS carts for n3ds?

Hey, wanted to ask what is the difference between these 2, I have a New 3ds XL version 9.2, currently running Pasta cfw. Which one should i get?

Considering neither will be blocked and both have the same capabilities, I would go with the cheaper one.

You won't be getting either of them for a while, that site shuts down for Chinese New Year. They don't start shipping till the 15th of Feb, so it could be a month till it arrives. Might be best to look elsewhere. Check the official sites for both cards, see which one was updated the latest, get that one (not that it should matter too much on 9.2, it's just nice to have a supported card).
