Gaming Did I mess up my save?

I couldn't beat a battle in SMT Devil Survivor, so I try using some cheats that came with the R4 card. They didn't work, and when I tryed loading my game later, I couldn't even get to the load game screen (unable to choose that option). Is there anyway to make my save work again, or did I screw up?

Firstly, is the save file still on your cart?
Secondly, have you tried turning the cheats off then loading the game?

yes, its still there... and I even removed the cheats file of the R4, but didn't work

Which R4 card do you have?
If it's a clone make sure that you have the newest firmware
if it's the original then try to use Wood R4

or
maybe even try downloading a different rom

if it still don't work
then I think your save file got a glitch
