Hacking Did I kill my modded Nintendo Switch?

Hello guys, I kindly ask for your help since I think I broke my Switch.
I hacked my Nintendo Switch with a SD with Atmosphere installed. It ran mostly OK, had some issues lately (the time of the console was wrong, I don't know why, and that prevented me from using some functions) but it was mostly ok. Someone told me I could 'unhack it' just by taking the SD out, and that they often did it with the console on even, as that only restarted it. I did that, and instantly my console showed an error and asked me to press (I think it was the) + button to restart. I did, but it didn't restart, it kept shut down. I tried everything I could think of (let it charge for a week straight without touching it, let it sit for a week for the battery to drain, push power on for a minute, etc) but it just doesn't react at all. If I plug it to my PC, TegraRCM doesn't detect it at all. Have I destroyed my Switch for good?

If you unplug your SD card while it is on, you'll instantly get an error and will need to reboot.

If you have an unpatched switch, it might go to RCM mode automatically and all you see is a faint black glow on the screen.
There are many reasons why TegraRCM might not see your Switch.
The drivers on the PC might not be working, you have a bad cable or there is something wrong with your USB port.
You can use an android phone with usb-otg and Rekado as an alternative for TegraRCM.
No drivers needed but your phone needs to support USB-OTG.

Bad advice. You risk corrupting the partition or filesystems on the card. If you are using emuNAND, that risk is much higher. Always turn the console off first.
