Did I brick my switch?

I downgraded my switch from firmware 13 something to firmware 11. Now it won't boot to OFW. It still works in hekete and it says [ Burnt Fuses (ODM 7/6) ]

Am I screwed?

I backup the SD Card cause I had to format it. Here's the content of the SD Card files if it helps

Do you have a nand backup from before the downgrade (so on the higher firmware)? If so: restore it.
