Hacking Diagnostics on 3DS gateway. The red light of death?

Hello ppl.

I have big problem with my Gateway.
3DS spec: FW 4.2.0-9E

What i done so far (3 or 4 times now) :

1. Flashed with the blue card CHECK
2. Added launcher to 3ds card CHECK
3. Restared DS profle CHECK
3. Downloaded 3ds games and use Win32 Disk Imager to my SDcard. CHECK
4. Put in SD-card to RED CARD and put it in 3ds slot NOT CHECKED

Nothing happens when i go red card. Can´t play games!

I tried the diagnostic. Added 1GB testfile to micro card and (L) before profile.
And the lighting is constantly red as you can se here;

Is there somthing i can do or is it 100% dead?

It's dead. Send it back. If it doesn't pass the first it's dead. I presume it doesn't play games?
