Homebrew DevkitPro 3DS Audio Playback

I'm having trouble finding info on audio playback for the 3DS. Does anyone know of any libraries that can do this?

I've found an example but from what I can tell it's just playing tones. (The example pack that comes with DevkitPro). However I haven't actually ran this example yet.

Ideally I'd want MP3 streams to work but I doubt that's possible?

Take a look at https://github.com/clank201/SoundExample3DS

It plays sound in raw format, everything is specified in the readme. Maybe lpp-3ds has some mp3 or normal sound format libraries, i'm not sure
