It was a normal Question. So why the fuck is it so hard to give a normal answer?
I did that for 107 pages.
What do you use to load homebrew?
Btw I can ask you why its hard to read too. Its probably answered in the main post and / or pinned on the discord
The latest Hekate CTCaer mod Payload. Without LayerdFS. Just the CFW.
SX OS Homebrew is a bit Funky so i uses Hekate CTCaer mod for Homebrew.
I open the Homebrew Launcher and then the VBA-Next core for example. And than nothing. Just the Background from the Main Switch Menu with the Buttonprompts at the Bottom and the Switch is frozen.
Are u using these?:The latest Hekate CTCaer mod Payload. Without LayerdFS. Just the CFW.

These are great! 4.10FW.
Using hekate_ctcaer_2.3/TegraRcmSmash/tumGER-SDFiles26
No tearing, audio sounds really good, very smooth scrolling, saves work, exit retroarch works, can load config manually, no crashes so far!
Amazing work!
I used the ones on the front Page.Do you have a retroarch.cfg in the folder?
And yes I don't plan on supporting SX, I thought u were using it. (they should work on your setup tho)

If you used one of the earlier builds I recommend rebooting before using theseJust got a random lockup on Sonic Advance 3 - GBA, and Megaman X3 - Snes, both emulators just froze up, pressing Home allowed me to get back to Switch home screen and load up again.
Will test again without saving my own config (fullscreen & rom dir change)
I used the ones on the front Page.
Will try these. And yes. retroarch.cfg is present.
Is there a way to check the date and time of the version on the first page? How can I see when this is released?
So it would be easy to compare if someone already has the latest version.
Best way to get notified is joining the discord. Update msgs are automated.
Hmm, okay. I would still like to see this somehow in the OP. Discord moves so fast, and nobody is gonna check the chat history.
Are you releasing every job? Or how do we know what is only for testing and what is for release?

You need to be more specific does what work on 5.1.0?I just dont get it way it is so hard for people on this damed Forum to just give a normal answer without beeing a huge asshole.

Discord has separated channels for important information like updates and development only the general chat and off topic moves fast. You dont have to read them if you dont want to. Updates ect are locked and have all the information you need.Hmm, okay. I would still like to see this somehow in the OP. Discord moves so fast, and nobody is gonna check the chat history.

[ANNOUNCEMENT]
Threading/Fullscreen is live (just building now)
2:30am here, changelog will follow
Edit1: Still expect some bugs, if you wanna docked you can either deal with the fuzz or disable threading
This is the first revision, but it makes it 100 times easier for me to get stuff done now (across all cores)
These are running flawlessly mate. Great work! I havent tested in dock mode yet but so far in handheld, they are perfect! Only thing I would do differently in my honest opinion is keep the VBA/Snes consistent in the way you get back to the Retroarch Menu while in a game. I noticed that VBA uses +/- while SNES uses Analog 3's. Just a suggestion. Thanks again!
Speaking of choosing resolutions, does in game config saving work? I havent tested that portion of it yet or fiddled with settings, but I did notice that it said "Save Config on Exit ON" in Configurations. Just curious if that was implemented yet.Well thats bcz the bundled config.
Still at work so cleanup will need to wait a bit. There can still be a freeze happening (but rare and random) and I probably know the cause already.
So gonna fix that later. I still advice leaving to the Home screen after quitting to hbmenu again
And since "Core provided" is the default res now, if some cores are funky it might not work (heard it breaks mame2003 right now if you don't change the aspect before ROM launch)
To be on the safe side I advice choosing a resolution/aspect before starting the ROM (all cores)
