Ya, thanks for that. Don't expect too much from that NRO tho, from what I know snes9x doesn't run (yet)

Yeah, you are right. You can start it and navigate the menu, but once you select a ROM it freezes. I will add CICD to snes9x2010 next, since I know it's is working fine.

You're a godsend right now!
Works when started Docked and switched & when started Handheld and then switched
(SNES9x2010 core & Dragon Quest III)

Thanks for confirming. I'll take every bug that fixes itself :)

ProSystem the Atari 7800 core came out really nice.

Ran everything I threw at it with no issue

Works perfectly with my switch on 5.0.2. Good work! Playing donkey kong rn on a 5 hour road trip :^)

Edit: Picture of it working:

Alright, I just sent the MR for the CICD config in snes9x2010. I have tested the generated artifacts from my fork and they work fine. If anyone else wants to give a try, I have attached the zip to the MR.

Can someone point me in the right direction for the button mapings. I can't deal with the L and R buttons being save states (as a side note I did just remove the key binds). It's just ludicrous how many times the L button gets bumped and reverts my state. I just need a list or diagram of the input the switch receives for all the buttons as I would like to be able to save and load without accessing the menu and use buttons that don't get pressed when you just set the control down on a couch...

Sry on phone so just gonna tell you there's a undo last load and a undo last save state (both work fine)

But I feel the issue, not really loving the keybinds either. I throw my controllers around a lot

I know. It's not game killing or anything and as I've removed the L and R binds it's fine for now but if anyone gets a chance I would like the mappings. :D

You can change keybindings and save your changes using the following method without editing the retroarch.cfg on your PC:

1. Start Emulator of choice.
2. Go to Configurations -> Load Configuration (Load the retroarch.cfg in the folder of the emu you are working with!)
3. Go change the settings you want.d
4. Go back to Configurations -> Save Current Configuration.

This will make sure it saves the changes you made to the retroarch.cfg file. You can then re-open the emu and it should have your changes saved.

I personally haven't had too many issues with the keybindings, but I don't mind changing them myself either.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Can anyone point me in the right direction for porting over a core myself? I use arch linux and i'm familiar with compiling C code, but i'm not sure how to ensure i'm compiling for Switch architecture properly.

To be more specific, I thought I would give a go at porting pcsx-rearmed.

Anyone that would be willing to point a noob in the right direction? I saw someone working on parallel already so I thought pcsx would be warranted.

That's been covered and was not what I needed. Might help someone just not me lol
I want to know what value the switch receives for each button. I already know how to change the bindings but not what to change them to (for instance what "button number" is L3. But I want to know them all).

Some of that MIGHT help

Gonna setup deployment now

Was playing Link to the Past in Snes9x 2010 (latest version), accidentally exited out by pressing the Home button, went back in to Snes9x via HBL, and my srm file is gone, any suggestions for this? Also can't seem to get states to work.
