Loads absolutely nothing, neither Genesis nor SMS games (stuck on Switch backdrop)

Also, Gambatte likes to crash on some games when starting; Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong ('94) don't load past their respective title screens, and SML2 doesn't load at all.
Oh. I didn't have a chance to test GPGX yet, but now I've tried it on 4.1.0, same result. I don't know what happened.

I'm going to remove the link right now until I can figure out a way to make this thing work...
Could be as simple as changing some compiler flags or as complex as modifying the cores code

I feel like it is.

Eh maybe. As of right now I would ask what are you trying to play in MAME2003 that you can play in pFBA?

Probably, as long as you have a Bluetooth dongle or something like that. I heard @Leonidas87 can use his PS4 controller with the Switch this way...

You can use something like a Magic NS device. Can confirm PS4 works wirelessly, Xbox *should* work wirelessly if it supports bluetooth, if not I know it works wired

In the meantime, I'm going to compile PicoDrive and I'll test it this time before actually getting a download up.
Also, just for fun, toying around with 3D console cores like Mednafen Saturn, Mednafen PSX and GLupen64...none of them compiled (unsurprisingly), even when I set up flags to disable OpenGL. GLupen64 didn't compile apparently because of some "include" and "file not found" stuff. PSX failed due to an error compiling the CD library...
I'll try to get the errors copied ASAP.

Fairly sure the controller configuration is all decided by how you set it in HorizonOS before booting to hbmenu.
I used joycons, but can’t get them running still :/

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Oh wait... I just can’t get 2 players... whenever I have a first player connected, it works, but not on 2 players

Apparently I think I forgot to save the Makefile after copying in the LibNX code. Worse was that I didn't delete the LibTransistor code.
So I did both, and now I'm currently compiling. Hopefully it works this time.

Not sure if it's HBL or the homebrew themselves, but one (or both) of the two needs to be programmed with multiple controller configs in mind; in my case, split 2-player joycons becomes two vertically oriented controllers (I.E. two combined controllers, missing one half of themselves)

I just wished I didn't have to reboot into RCM every time I have to update/add in homebrews. FTPd certainly doesn't like working on 5.x.

It would have not compiled if you did not put in the libnx instructions into the Makefile. I leave the libtransistor instructions into the make file and follow suit with what was done in SNES9x2010 and rename the platform to "switch_transistor". Though I digress, I predict you will get the same results because you are doing the same thing.
