Sure, it's a save, just copy that save on your save locations, it will replace the first slot save.

Just load this save (Normal) then the Dev Menu will pop. It's a Dev Menu that exist since MGS3 Subsistence on PS2, so, some features doesn't exist anymore and will result on a crash (Swapping DVD 2, 3, etc...)

It work for the PAL (European version, especially the French version of the game)
