Does anyone know a GOOD guide where i can learn PowerPC(for wii) assembly(or asm...same thing)?

yes, you need some basic knowledge to start asm programming, did you checked that link on wiibrew for starting with asm, if you don't understand that, maybe you should start with something easier than asm because it's the basis
there is no "newbie" asm programming guide, read docs, learn etc, there are things nobody can teach you but yourself, sorry "youtube guides" kids
