So, i got SHiTrow's dump of DXHR, cause im short on cash atm. So its been fine, but once i make a new game, then go to the menu, it crashes. Sometimes it crashes immediately, but once i managed to save before it crashed. Do'ya guys know any fixes? I have a suspicion that it's my gfx settings, anyone know how to open the window to config your gfx settings? (The one they opens on your first run)

Thx,

-Riverchen

You could just, y'know, buy the game? I honestly doubt you're going to get any help making a pirated game work here, sorry

Why wouldn't people give him help? Most of the people here are pirates.

I've got no problems with helping him personally, but as far as I remember, the 'temp has rules against it? I'd be happy to be proved wrong

Uhhhh, as long as he doesn't link to it directly or mentions which site he got it from, then yes he's allowed to say he pirated it.

It's up to you if you help him or not. There are no rules for or against it.

First things first, try finding another rip. It could just be a bad dump. Then completely delete your current version and install the new one fresh.
Try hitting forums that are actually related to the game to see how many others come up with the same problems. They often have many suggestions specifically for such problems.
Try updating your drivers and .net software and being on the latest version of Windows and everything else that you can think of updating. This sometimes fixes a lot of random problems.
Try closing any unnecessary apps and processes in the background that might by leaching your resources. Crashes sometimes occur from lack of memory.
Try seeing if your computer specs meet the required specs of the game. For example, integrated graphics will struggle to run the game at all.
Try getting a friend to install the game and see if it works for him/her.

I don't see the buzz about a square screen personally. I think there will be a review on the site within a few weeks though if you are interested.

I've put down the money on the Odin 2 Mini since I just love that Vita form factor. Loved the power of the Odin 2 but the size always put me off, this one seems exactly what I've been wanting.

I don't care about the square screen it's just nice to hold something you don't have to stretch your arms a foots length
