ROM Hack Deltora Quest

hi i need some help unpacking a .bin file to alter the contents but am having trouble

a copy of the file is HERE

i know it seems that its all the games data except for the sound files have looked inside it with various tools and i
think its mostly graphics but i cant seperate the files out of it to be sure

This is what you're gonna do:
Download Windhex32 EX (google)
Download Sjis.tbl (google)
Open Windhex32 EX
Load the file and the table (sjis.tbl)
Go toption>View data text as unicode
Search through the file for some text or do a kana search (CTRL+K)
Start editing.

Open Windhex32 EX
Load the file and the table (sjis.tbl)
Go toption>View data text as unicode
Search through the file for some text or do a kana search (CTRL+K)
Start editing.

have scanned the file through twice an couldnt find anything resembling text so im guessing its compressed or graphical

kana search don't work on my poor windhex.. dunno what's wrong
if I click on a letter, nothing happens
the clicking visual effect is there but nothing happens for me...
and when I do a text search, I can't even put any japanese on that..


so i've always been using my table, found each hex value for the word, and did a hex search....
i no it sounds retarded but dunno if it's just me or my computer or windhex itself
