Hardware Dell Mini 10v USB problem...

So I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my Dell Mini and I noticed my USB 2.0 ports don't seem to be working correctly because they only use 1.1 with any USB 2.0 drive I put in it. I attached a picture of my devices in device manager so you guys can help me find the drivers because I couldn't find any related cases. Thanks in advance.

You need to install the latest version of the Intel chipset drivers. The ones that come with a base Windows 7 install are really, really old.

In addition you may want to have a quick look at the port itself for dust, dirt or foreign agents. If a USB device doesn't get a good enough connection, it'll often revert to USB 1.1 speeds as a safety.
