Dutch developer KeokeN Interactive have announced their upcoming game Deliver Us Mars. The narrative-driven sci-fi adventure game is a sequel to the developer's 2019 game Deliver Us The Moon; and is set 10 years after the events in the first game. A reveal trailer was aired for the announcement

Set 10 years after Deliver Us The Moons Fortuna mission, Deliver Us Mars expands on the events of its predecessor, building on its more grounded approach to sci-fi storytelling while enriching the gameplay experience. While fans of the original will appreciate the deep connections between the games, this gripping adventure stands on its own, offering a compelling entry point for new players as well. Players can look forward to numerous new mechanics in this sequel, including a climbing system that will enable their character to readily traverse the terrain of Mars.

The Deliver Us series introduces players to a world where Earth’s resources are depleted, necessitating humanity’s further ventures into space. Originally crowdfunded through Kickstarter, the award-winning first game garnered a passionate fan base. Players can expect a handcrafted, emotional and exciting narrative experience in this new adventure, boosted by lovingly created sound, motion capture and visual design.

Deliver Us Mars will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC (Steam, EGS). No release window has been made available but the press release note that more details will be "revealed throughout the coming months."

Fuck that scam artist Elon.
Never founded PayPal nor Tesla, he just rewrote company history to say he did whilst leading the actual founders to leave; StarLink is idiotic in the extreme and harms both Earth-based astronomy and will increase orbit debris; SpaceX is harmful to is environmental preserve surroundings and will never get people to Mars. Oh, and he also popularised bloody Hyperloop and had that SolarCity absolute failure under his belt.

Anyway, looks interesting, from what little was shown...can you play as a guy, though?
