i recently got a ds game second hand, and it's of those games that don't let you delete save data unless it's corrupted. is it safe for me to delete the .sav file through gm9 and will it actually solve my problem?

Is this a DS game or a 3DS game? I thought it was mainly 3DS games with this sort of problem. Why not just name the specific game you're looking at..?

In any case, if you're worried, you can always back up the save data before deleting it.
