Misc deleting network id on a hacked 3ds

so just this morning i got my hands on an old aqua blue 3ds second hand for pretty cheap (50euro). this is my first 3ds system. I quickly hacked it through a guide that all forum posts seemed to lead to. a9lh something... as i said: i'm new to this. upon opening the mii creation app... thingy, i saw a mii that i had not created, leading to my discovery of a german network id that i'd been apparently using. If i were to delete it through the network id settings, would i lose the 5/6 games I downloaded through freeshop? If I were to "format system memory" through the settings menu, would I need to hack the system again? it's not that I really need to, it's just that it bothers me to see "melanie" on all my saves and what-not.

As long as you have al9h installed and luma you will be fine. Just did it last night with my 2ds.
