Run a DS/DSi game.

If you don't have one, Go to
System Settings -> Internet Settings -> Nintendo DS Connections
That will wipe it too.

If you have a new 3DS, search the forum for "sticking ds profile exploit". For old 3DS, I think it's not possible (but not 100% sure).
