Hacking Deleting Downloaded (but not installed) System Updates?

When I was playing Castlevania and pressed Home, the stupid update pop up appeared. That was way too much. The only option - format Save(s) did not disappeared from SD, even launcher was there. What is nice - save(s) are working. No WiFi on 3DS now, but I do not mind it at all. Previously downloaded eShop games and Layton as a gift - they meant nothing.

I had to do it if I wanted to use GW3DS
When I was in GW mode, the pop up appeared, that is why I formatted 3DS.Similar threads
