Deleted twilight menu

a notification came up on my dsi and it said I had no storage and it said twilight menu was the only thing I could delete and I accidentally pressed it so now I’m only on the page on where I see the lady and all the controls is there a file i can redownload or can I do the whole thing again on a bigger ss card and it will work again
