I don't think you understand how eShop codes work. You can't just generate one, and there is no way to know what codes exist and what codes don't. You'd have to be really lucky to find a code that not only exists, but hasn't been used yet. There is no known algorithm you can simply recreate to generate all the working codes you want. They aren't blocking code generators, because due to the way the codes are made (likely randomly generated), code generators simply can't work. Unless you have access to Nintendo's database of codes and you can add your own codes to it, but that would require an inside job from someone working at Nintendo.
And why would they just give money away? That's not how businesses work. Well, it's not how MOST businesses work.

Why allowing flashcarts on the 3DS is soooooo dificult??!!?!?!??!

CFWs already accomplished what you are trying to do. Also what kind of R4i do you have? You may be able to use it for NTRboot if it's compatible and you have a means of flashing it, such as a DS.
Also stop trying to install A9LH. There's literally no reason to do that and nothing works with it anymore

Welp... I have an R4i SDHC 1.4 (it's website is r4i-sdhc.com and the card is like the r4i-sdhc 3ds card but... without... the 3ds logo...

don't use a9lh dude. It requires a downgrade to 2.1 for the console unique otp, has a brick chance higher than B9S (from what I've heard) and nobody uses it anymore. The whitelist is disabled on most, if not all CFWs, and if your cart still doesn't work, use NTR Launcher by Apache Thunder.

You seem to misunderstand... A9LH can't be installed for free either, the "requirements" as of exploits are the same for A9LH and B9S. It's not just that A9LH is obsolete, but even if you could install it, then you could install B9S too

The flasher will just tell you it's not compatible and not flash through cart with NTRBoot. You will need to use this method

It must be compatible if you are doing it on a 3DS. You can do it on the DSi and NDS as well.
Well it is simple if your DS cart isn't compatible then you can't use it, the same concept goes for you need arm9 exploit to run application that require arm9.
ok you say you have an 11.6 3DS. might want to hold on updating it, dont want to burst your bubble but there was the 4 exploits Smealum released at the time of Defcon, they're not useful *YET*, anyone can care to correct me if im wrong but it's from what i *Think* a primary entrypoint (which would lead to CFW rather than just Usermode,) be it for free or not i dont know. ( i honestly dont care at almost 12:30AM my time to search) so your sitting on a potential way to lead you into CFW,
your R4i SDHC doesnt seem on the compatible list neither, for your question about the whitelist and blacklist, for a long point Nintendo was trying to combat DS-Piracy with known cards, and they did so by adding each card to the blacklist and cart devs got around it w/ newer exploitable Rom headers. some couldnt be updated, some could be update dfor the reason of no flash Space left for it's bootloader (only reason AceKard2i didnt see continued support, no more room.) they have every right to combat piracy as they see fit. unauthorized devices for any platform are a 100% investment Risk. and any update can break your Addon, cart , cheat disc etc and your w/o a single legal right to complain.
at this rate? well, all thats left if smealum's exploit chain when finished into something usable by the end-user isnt a free method, your only option is to hope finding someone willing to help you & pay shipping to n fro. (since your hellbent on not paying a single red cent.) and the more you complain, the more you avoid having to pay the more you whine "Why should i haveto PAY for cfw!?!?" the less and less likely someone's going to go that far to help you. and your likely to be banned if you keep up the complaining if you think "If i get loud enough and complain alot someone will finally help me to shut me up!" before someone breaks down.

I don't understand your issues right now because honestly you are the one wasting our time. We have suggested several methods that you can use and you've only replied with pure garage. If you want to hack your 3DS, then you need to be the one willing to take risks. You need to check if your cart can work with NTRboot. If it doesn't, then you need to spend money on seedminer. If you don't like these facts, then stop wasting our time. I have tried so hard to be nice to you, but at this point you've reached my limits.
