Emulation decrypt wii u games?

I've been downloading some wii u games, but I keep getting games that are still encrypted. They contain neither: wud, wux, iso, wad, rpx.

The encrypted game files (app, h3, etc.) are for installation with wupinstaller via the Brazilian method. You can install games right to nand or an external hdd now.

I tried that, but I keep getting some error that some dump files are missing. Is this a common loadliine issue?

This isn't for loadiine. Did you thoroughly read the post I linked?

You can INSTALL those files to your hdd and run them like an eshop game.
