Homebrew Decrypt CIA file on PC

I've heard now that the bootrom keys have been dumped, it is possible to decrypt a cia without needing a 3ds. It's very lengthy to send a cia to my 3ds, decrypt it, and send it back, so i was wondering if anybody has any background with this.

Nope, this isn't a thing yet. With all these 3DS hax and this doesn't exist.

I thought you could already do this with hackingtoolkit3ds?

3DSTool does it, not tried it too much, didn't work on one file I tried but 2 others, no problems.

It is possible, as long as you have the key file (Generated from a bootrom dump). Whether anyone has released "user friendly" tools to do it is another question.

@SciresM has a class library that can do it. As a library, there still needs to be something else that uses it. Not sure if anything does yet.
