volumerate was down for a very short period ealier so maybe they were updating both sites and something went wrong with the dx half. If it had been taken down there would be a message so nintendo could gloat about it.

if anyone has any contact info stored they coudl try contacting them and finding out whats wrong?

Pisses me to no end because my DS is broken and I ordered replacement screens from them via EMS that they failed to drop off to the post after even 5 days! Also I promised a friend a Cyclo when the whole offer was up and then I was embarrassed to let him down, now I ordered him a SCDS-1 I'll be DAMNED if they're pulling flashcarts outta the store but even so if this causes more delays with the orders I will be very angry and even more embarrassed AGAIN.

does volumerate have forums? there is a button but it dosent seem to take anywhere. if it was relating to flashcarts volumerate would be don as well if not first (do to bulk selling to other busineses (majour distribution))

maybe something's wrong with the server. they added 35 items today and 33 items yesterday, and the site was slow before i went to school. the loading was super slow

Worst case scenario is that dealextremes site's database broke and can't be recovered, but of course that's very unlikely. I'm sure they'll be back.

I think it's important to note that Nintendo's suit was filed in Japan. So it wouldn't affect US-hosted sites, anyway.
