Hey guys,

I've got a Switch which was able to boot once and then showed me a BSOD. Then I reballed the NAND, afterwards I didn't even see the BSOD, simply nothing. What I did in addition:

1. reballed the CPU - nothing changed
2. replaced the M92T36 since pin 6 has got 0V, after the replacement pin 5 and 6 got around 3,5V - nothing changed
3. replaced the BQ24193 since one pin has got 0V instead of 1,6V, after the replacement this pin has got 1,6V too - nothing changed
4. reflowed the NANA - looks good, but nothing changed

when I measure the amps via the usb port, it drains 0,465A, so I guess that charging is working. When I plug it into my labour power supply and I try to turn it on, I can see that it first drains 0,000A and after I press the power button 0,230A but the switch isn't booting.

I just noticed that these caps (caps.jpg) are connected to GND (shortened), but I don't know if it's normal since I hasn't got a working switch for comparison.

Any other ideas what I can do/check?
