You deactivate all your consoles through the website and reactivate the ones you want.

Not without signing in, i.e. updating. This is a server side deactivation mostly, so, there are are alternatives. Either you sign in and deactivate or you deactivate through the web browser.

If I was you, I would think about this. If you ever want to use Remote Play (it's neat sometimes and saves you from buying a capture device if you ever want to record gameplay), you might want an activated console for that. So, until there's a way to enable Remote Play without PSN access, your activated console might be more valuable than an unactivated one.

Why do you want to deactivate the console in the first place? Are you afraid of receiving a ban if you don't?
