yes, you set the IP on the WiiU, but you need to input the computer's IP v4, not the WiiU IP.
the homebrew needs to connect to the computer, so it needs its IP.

IP v4 of what ? the console or the computer?
IP v4 doesn't mean anything, except that it's this format "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" instead of this format "xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx"
you need to know the local IP of your computer (type "ipconfig" in a command line window if you are on Windows)

Has anyone tried to dump Mass Effect 3? I can't, it just won't work. Game starts immediately and can't dump it, I dumped 18 games (7 more and I'm done with my library) and this is the only one I can't dump.

Any ideas?

As of now Mass Effect USA does not seem to be able to be dumped by the current version of ddd

Anyone with luck dumping NBA2K? I get to file /vol/content/0D and it hangs about half way through at the same size count everytime.
I'm assuming the file size is the same as 0A/0B/0C.
I have had issues with other dumps if the disc was smudged but this one is prefectly clean.

Also while I'm asking. Is the Meta dump supposed to dump Meta.xml? I don't seem to get one in any dump with just /vol as the qualifier.

Is it because the wii u hardware cant do any more than 1mb per second or is the limit caused by something else since i could actually download this game off the internet and it would be 6 times faster for me

I'm not sure but it definitely isn't the Wii U hardware, not sure what it actually is tho.

I haven't looked at the code, but maybe they didn't want any errors, just a thought.

That makes sense, if there is a high transfer speed then maybe sometimes the files don't get dumped properly.

If the game is updated, the dump will be the original game with the update over it, if the update is installed. It would be the same as if you dumped the base game, then downloaded the update with NUSGrabber, and then copied and pasted the update over the base game. If that makes any sense.
