Hacking Date problems with USB Loader

When I run games with USB-Loader, some Games bring the error, that the WII Console Date is obviously wrong. But my Date and time is correct and when I run the game from the original or backup disc it works.

I had this problem with these games:

My Fitness Coach
Don King Boxing
Wii Fit

Any idea what the problem could be ?

Make sure you're using 1.1 as 1.0 had date/time issues.
