It asks me to enter a three letter filename and then says something like 'error saving'. Is there a way to get this to work or is it just completely bugged right now?

Do you have a folder called "cheats" on the red card mSD? And, do you still have enough space available on the mSD?

Also you can add more or remove letters if you want in the editor.
