Since xxhunterguimont Codes for the US NSMB2 are for a totally different version, think it should have it's own Page like the Eur Version (Normal and Special Edition/DLC). As mentioned above, the Gold Edition has different IDs.
Normal: 00ae070000000400 (Unique ID 0x007ae)
Gold Edition: 007e130000000400 (Unique ID 0x0137e)
