Thx, region was changed. A NTR-Section was planned but for now I think it isn't in active development. But I can't say that for sure. Only storm75x can answer that precisly.

You put the cheat codes in file named "<titleid>.txt". And that file in the "cheat"-folder on the microsSD from your gateway. How to properly paste the codes in the cheat file you can see the cheat files delivered with the official gateway FW.
If this wasn't exactly what you meant, pls specify your problem.

I just said what it was, they-do-not-work, the masks unlock code doesnt work, all items doesnt work, maxrupees doesn't work, i select them, close the menu, switch areas/open in-game menu/exit in-game menu, nothing changes.

The cheats in the Gateshark section of the site are only working with the gateway flashcard.

@desrose2: if they don't work, you can write a comment under the cheat code and then the code creator can help you to fix the problem.
I created the codes for Majoras Mask and maybe you're using the update 1.1 from the game. I heard that cheats for 1.0 version aren't working for the 1.1.
And most important: Which region of the game you are using?

How are games added to this site?.. By users, or by the site operators?..
I am wondering because there is a zelda game that I went to add some codes for, and found that it isn't on the site yet.. (jap version of tri-force heroes)

An other question I have is this: I noticed that some of the codes that people post have comments that mention which version of the game they have (as if maybe they have updated some updates to the game from the e-shop or some thing), and some comments also mention that they have an old-3DS or new-3DS..
So I was wondering, is it a common occurance that a cheat-code will only work for a specific version of a game?.. Or is that fairly rare?..
Likewise with the old/new 3DSs.. Do the old-3DSs and new-3DSs end up differing in the virtual addresses that their values get written/read to/from?.. I'm not sure why that would happen, but if it does, how common is that?..

I have a feeling that codes are version specific. For example, Mario and Luigi Dream Team codes for the EUR version only work with the non-updated version. This is the only game with an update that I've tried, so maybe it depends on the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if codes are version specific particularly towards non-updated versions.

That's a good question. I think it mostly depends on the games by Nintendo. Most of there games (and games from Atlus btw) using dynamic addresses to better avoid cheat codes. Other games, like Mario & Luigi Dream Team Bros., maybe were shipped with static addresses, but the update changes that to dynamic addresses or other static addresses.
All in all, I would think it is rare, because not that mass of games got updates. Just the named from Nintendo and maybe a few others.
