Hacking DATA IS BROKEN

K so I got an N-Card, and today I loaded up the game "Nostalgia" and when I proceeded to load up my save file the game tells me "DATA IS BROKEN", is my save file corrupted? How did it get corrupted? All other games on card seem to work fine....
