Basically all of his attacks except for his grab can be parried, so learn how to parry him and you'll have no problems whatsoever. If you can't learn parry timings for whatever reason, then just roll back when he starts attacking and you'll be fine.

What's your build? Make sure you're light rolling, medium/fat rolling is useless and it's much better to just go naked and dodge than wear fat heavy armor and get your ass handed to you.

Also, if you use lightning/faith anything, use something else, Gwyn has super high resistance it faith and lightning weapons.

I was talking about summons/coop help, but those are actually some pretty solid tips there, so thank you. I'm horrible with parrying, but I'll buckle down and try to learn the timings to do it. And I'm a heavy armor/strength build, so half of my problem was probably the slow movement. I'll give the no armor approach a go as well.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
