YAY!!! Thanks m3/g6 team. Gonna try wifi, though I doubt it'd work.

I was just thinking, even with 200 songs, it will still only add up to 2 MBs. I'm sure some kind of save patcher program will be released like for the old game, and if we can some how get those .bbs files from the site...

busty, remember the savefile is 1MB, which equals 8Mb.
a song is around 10KB or 80Kb in band brothers 1

It still doesn't work for me with the new firmware, even after deleting my old save file.

If you're disconnected while connecting, that may be the case. This is similar to when Professor Layton was released, too; the puzzle server wasn't up when it came out.

Use the rom before trimming and it works. Be sure to turn off soft-reset and delete the save file.

with the new firmware I got further but still not to the game. Now a picture that looks like a studio pops up and tells me to push A. after doing that it starts to fade and then freezes. Also if you keep the 1 MB save in there and switch back to the latest sakura it also can get that fae so it looks as if the save is what was fixed.

There must still be something wrong with the save, because I can connect to the Wi-Fi server and get the songlist(at least I think that's what's going on), but it gives an error when I try to go further than that.
