Apple Cydia Help

I have an iphone 3g running on Ios 4.1, 4.2.1 cydia 1.1.6
everytime I load cydia I get these messages now.
1 - Wow, you exceeded the number of package names this APT is capable of.
2 - Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/cy.sosiphone.com_-_Packages.
3 - The package list or status file could not be parsed or opened.
With Return to Cydia below
so I went to try and unistall that source but I can't it does't have the icon for delete beside it when I hit edit.
Also when clicking anyother of the tabs below sections changes mange nothing shows up on the screen. it is blank. Does anyone know a way to fix this or what to do?

Never mind I figured it out

For anyone who is wondering, I had this happen to me. I had to SSH into my phone and manually remove the source(s) before Cydia worked again.
