ROM Hack CYCLO DS on 3DS?

Hey,
i heard its possible to launch flashcards with LUMA (which i have)
But my 3DS doenst recognize my CYCLO DS .
Any way to use it?

I believe it should work (original R4 does, so I don't see why Cyclo DS wouldn't), but we need specific software for that. It doesn't run straight from the home menu. I don't know the name of the app, but someone here definitely will.

I thought i read somewhere that it is implemented directly into Luma.
