Hacking Cyclo DS and EZ Flash 3 in 1

I was just wondering how they worked together. I know that the Cyclo has native 3 in 1 support, but how would you load GBA games onto the 3 in 1 through it? Is there a built in Rudolph's Tools like App? Thanks.

Well may be made posiple by flashing the GBA game direct in the menu

But maybe we would see that featrue in V1.2B4
