I tried using TEMPAr's NightPR mod, but could never get it to work. So my question is, for a phat-1000, with 5.50 Prometheus, what is the best and most up-to-date cheating app out there?

You need to input the new codes by yourself, you can find codes at http://onehitgamer.com/forum/psp-hacking-codes/ or other games forum.

How do you exactly install CWCheat and activate it? Also the link isn't valid it gives a error message "Error The requested page could not be found."

    How to install cwcheat :
    1. copy the "seplugin" folder to the root of memory stick
    2. activate cwcheat plugin in the recovery menu
    3. start the game
    4. press and hold SELECT button for a few seconds untill cwcheat menu appears

you need to add new codes manually by using http://filetrip.net/f6775-Pasky%27s-CWChea...Editor-2-0.html

New link for codes in onehitgamer.com : http://onehitgamer.com/forum/forums/psp-hacking-codes.29/
