Not really, I just took a 3DS screenshot, and then scaled the 3DS to the screenshot. Pretty simple stuff in Photoshop.

I will make available the new definitive tutorial on how to create borders, the new method is much simpler to do. I did not have time to do the new tutorial because I'm traveling.
