If you are installing via cia, make sure to remove CTR-M-HMME-0 using DevMenu/BBM/System Settings (should be called "Theme" under DLC IIRC) before installing the new cia. FBI doesn't remove CTR-M-HMME-0 cleanly or something, but can still be used to install the cia. This means that if you have previously installed custom themes, when you want to add new themes, you need to add both the new and old themes to the cia before installing.

For CHMM2, you need to boot it from whichever nand you plan on having the theme in. This means that if you launch HBL from sysnand and boot CHMM2, it will change the sysnand theme. If you launch HBL from emuNand using something like yellow8's hbloader cia, it will change the emuNand theme.

If you are not there just to give you a search at Google I have seen this theme available on the internet.
Only I can not tell you if it was official Japanese theme or created by user.

On my phone it appears perfectly.
Browser used google chrome.

This next theme will be an alternative version of the second evolution of charizard with icons and folders adapted to the theme.
Note: I will do a double version containing both meotwo evolutions as well.
