Homebrew Custom Theme Thread

CHMM gives me an error if I have any theme selected at all. I have to set it to use no theme.

Is it a failure to write error? You have to open them settings from the ds homemenu and it will create extdata. Set a color, just in case, then run chmm.

Original image has a white bar, I copied a 320x20 section at 0x0 and dropped it over a guide of 0x460 in gimp to get rid of it.

No no - i am also trying to make a different theme, Ill try to make a modification and if continue to get same issue Ill show you via pic

NVM I got it I was able to fix it. It was an issue (somehow) of when I imported an image. (Testing trying to create a first theme) But I still love the theme you were able to make me !!! Thank you by the way, it looks awesome!!

That's odd, glad I haven't had that issue yet.

Edit: I tried converting your sound file to bcstm. Yata & the install of the theme doesn't like the small file size it seems though. Would you want the audio to play when you open the lid / start an app perhaps?

Yeah I've done that and that's the problem if set any theme at all it just won't work, but if I set it to 'use no theme' (The default white) CHMM works fine. It's really weird, but honestly a non-issue.

Idk if it's the same. But i've set the theme to one of the defaults, then used CHHM.cia to change. When I exit out to the home menu, it's still the default until I restart the system, then it'll be whatever I just installed with CHHM.

Alright so here it is! I kind of did this the lazy way. It's essentially the original Ace Attorney theme that's been godot-ified!
I replaced the top image (Godot of course), The background music (Essence of Dark Coffee), and the app launch sound (Godot's Objection)

edit: I feel I should mention that chmm gave me an error with this one, but none the less it still loads.

Double Edit: After doing some more testing if you run into more errors with this try deleting the bgm.bcstm file and loading with chmm

Yeah I think i used the wrong sound when rebuilding the CWAV cluster. I'll try to fix that here in a little while!
