Where can i find the 4 passwords?

Pls tell me where you did find them? I have the same problem with my bought Svenska Stjärnor - I prefer using US rather than SS for convenience.

There was a new Singstar game released just now here in Finland for PS2 and I'd like to convert it to Ultrastar to play on my HTPC.
And I don't have a PS2.

I just tried a custom version called SingIt Star Pop 2009. Looks great, although menu behavior was a little jerky.

The main problem is the lead vocals though. I didn't see an option to silence them, so you basically sing along with the artist, which is not really karaoke. Is that how it worked in the source SingStar games?

I've received lots of PM for help to find the 4 password, so i post there for anyone.

When SS2USCONV asks you the 4 passwords, open SS2USConv.log

Here's an example using SingStar Vasco (an italian version of SingStar)

I'm reviving this thread, mainly because for years I figured someone would try to get customs working on Pop Hits or Party Hits, but it was never made. So I decided to extract the files from Party Hits and see if I can manage to add my own songs through there. I'd like to point out, I don't have experience in this, but I am a fast learner. What I've noticed is that there's some changes (content.xml is now content_en.xml for example, talking parts are scored, there's hidden harmonies), but most of the stuff is pretty similar to what the original Sing It engine had. I'm currently trying to test it out by getting a Hilary Duff song into the game (since it fits the Disney Channel theme). I'll update if I manage to get it working.

UPDATE: Managed to get somewhere with it, I got the preview working, however it went to a black screen when I selected the song.

I'm hoping for help, even though this thread is very old.
Did anyone ever find out how to change the background graphic and menu music in custom SingItStars? Or maybe at least how to delete the music, because it 's really driving me mad to hear the same song in more than ten personalized games.

I would love to find any of these, I have only been able to find a couple and they are the older fewer song "singitstar" ones, not the massive good ones made by psykos called "starSing". It seems like custom made wii games are never picked up by the usual sites. If anyone knows a source for the good ones that psykos made, I would love to find them. Direct PM me, or list any clues you might have for me to find them myself.

I've tried making a custom iso but failed miserably!! Instead I downloaded already compiled custom SingItStar!! These are great for nights in with friends drinking the good stuff!!
