Is it possible to save this page and launch it locally. For example addressing to sd:// or file://?

I don't always have wifi access and it would be nice to use it as a standalone.

Nope, you need to host it over a network to access it. A local wireless network is fine.

Cheat Engine is really helpful for that, good luck.
That's more for editing memory on your PC. Though it does have a network scan feature that works with Android and Linux, and I have had the idea of somehow connecting this to a 3DS.

Probably not although you can save it as a bookmark :D
Yeah, but I need it to work when I'm not near a wifi connection. A laptop wouldn't be bad. though it's not as convenient, I'd still be able to hang at a friends place (that doesnt have wifi) and still play with homebrew. I know it is a rediculous question, I just wanted to know if it could be done.

I don't know then sorry :) I'm not a l33t haxor or programmer for 3ds stuff :P

Nah, it has a great physical memory scanner. Give it a try.

Would love a wireless scanner for it as well, though.

Would someone be able to make a code.bin that Can launch a File from the SD Card, basically a homebrew launcher, Would be very cool indeed
Cause so far I've only seen injecting code but Nothing actually launching a homebew file

You can run a web server off of your phone...Somebody on these forums made an app to do it...
