If I use a NAND emulation on a LU64 wii won't it stuff up? as my NAND backup has bootmii as boot2 and LU64 doesnt support.....?

Can someone please explain this to me by PM me...

Wow, I didn't think the old error 002 was removed.

I guess we are stuck either patching main.dol with Generic Wii Patcher and IOS Patcher.

Or using NeoGamma for backups.

I hope the next release will fix this.

Cheers.

was removed cuz it greatly slows down loading. This is something that should be patched by the loader. Every modern loader...USB Loader GX, CFG SD/USB, Cover Floader, uLoader, NeoGamma, Loadstructor, CRAP can do this

nice, only one question, do i need to have the rev 13 to install the rev 14? cuz i dont really remember wich rev do i have, please someone reply with an answer

You should be able to install it with any cIOS rev.
Just choose IOS249 when the installer asks you which IOS you want to use.

Just install rev14... and you will be fine....

Well, I've been playing around with the new cIOS all afternoon and so far no problems!

I did however have one crash/freeze in the middle of using USB Loader GX but I think that's just a problem with the loader itself. (I think I'm going to move over to Configurable

... GX has been getting more and more unstable for me).

Great job on the release Wanin! Everything's in working order. Can't wait for the NAND emulator to release though. It's going to awesome loading stuff from my USB.

I really need the space on my SD card because I have Rockband 2 customs and DLC filling it up. Putting my channels on USB will save soo much space for me.

Thanks again!

better yet, he should add support for the nand in a wbfs

I have problems with rev14.

I was using rev 10 and usb loader 1.5, everything worked great, no problem with any game I had tried, no problem to play one game after another, never had 002 error. On rare occasion it would not detect wbfs and reload of the usb loader would fix this.

With rev 14, the first 3 times booting up usb loader 1.5, the wbfs was not detected. Then the first game I tested was The Conduit and it went to a blue screen with 002 error.

Im going backed to my original setup of rev 10 and usb loader 1.5

It doesn't matter which one you choose since it installs to IOS249 no regardless of what IOS you choose to run the app from. If you'd read the posts above yours you'd understand that.

USB Loader 1.5 does not have the new 002 error fix. Use a modern loader and you should be fine.

Also, tried playing The Conduit using this instead of IOS 223 and the Multiplayer Options screen still seems to freeze up, but not as often as previous Wanin cIOSs.
It's even worser in my opinion -.-...I realy appreciate Wanins's work, and this one is great, but....it got a bit overhypted in my opinion. Shure, games are faster. Disc Channel Support is also nice, NAND Emu will be awesome (if we see it in the next time)...

BUT:
-Support for new 002 (I guess Anti 002) doesn't seem to work (Ghostbusters: Codedump or 002 Error, Indiana Jones 002 Error)
-002 Fix gone (shure, we have the loaders...still...)
-Conduit Multiplayer Menu still freezes (in my Opinion worser than before)

Don't get me wrong, I like rev14, it's better than any rev before, it's just that I expected a bit more from all the comments, etc...(that all the Bugs are gone, an maybe even a proper IOS Reload Block) which, sadly, wasn't so. Again, I like this rev, but the next time I think it should come quiet, and with no hype...simply work on it, put it on the Blog and basta...

But still: Thanks Wanin for this rev, good work

The only issue I've had is loading WSR through GX. I had to do the alt dol method to eventually make it work, which I never had to do in the first place. Originally I loaded a burnt copy through disc channel (have a wiikey installed) but I had already watched the compulsory M+ video initially with GST, and have never seen it since then.

However at the same time as installing rev14 I also updated GX to the latest dol and didn't clear my config, but I also tried another loader and it didnt work in that either.
