Hacking custom IOS release

Wait, how is this useful? If you can't dump the IOS37 from your own Wii, how can anyone use this? You can't find it anywhere on the net.

I'm sure it will appear sometime, whether as an actual file or via a tutorial on how to dump it.

wow. just wow. less than a year, and things are really cracking. I smell an ISO load via dvd/USB VERY soon (less than 2 months). If total control of the dvd drive for emus has been achieved, than burned wii discs are not very far........

Only problem, any IOS mod could be easily detected and destroyed in a future update.

anyone know the read speed for the disc dumper? it's been like 15-20 min.'s and it's only at 0.5 megabytes?!?!?!?! i hope usb hdd support is added so the sd card doesn't have to be swapped multiple times...and of course speed improvements too. but it's a damn good start.

Did you install the modified IOS37? Without it, the disc dumper has a read limit.

Oh.... and USB would be slower than SD, as they haven't unlocked 2.0 yet.

thats what it was made for... but your right, Waninkoko just worked on it all the way to 1.0, and then released it without it working... I think its safe to assume it works to the extent thats been claimed. and yes
